Spicy Prawns

The spicy Prawns make excellent food. Good served as part of a cold buffet with crunchy bread and chopped salad.

1 – 500 gm cooked prawns

2 – 2.5 cm ginger

3 – 2 cloves garlic

4 – 1/2 tsp chilli powder

5 – 2 tsp ground cumin

6 – 2 tsp ground coriander

7 – coriander leaves.


Finely chop a handful of fresh coriander.

Heat a knob of butter with some oil in a pan.

Grate the ginger and finely dice the garlic. Next add to the pan,together with the dry spices and fry for a minute or so.

Add the fresh coriander and prawns .Heat until warmed through .

Serve dry.
